On H1 ignition out doesn't go to anything, satellite harness doesn't go to the ignition harness. The satellite harness has all negative outputs made to run external relays.
Door locks are positive trigger and the 4103 has negative outputs you will need a pair of relays or a dei 451m

The 4103 has 2 ignition outputs. The third you'll need the negative ignition wire from the satellite harness; and connect that to a relay as follows
85 negative ignition output
86 constant 12v fused
87 constant 12v fused at 15-20 amps
30 third ignition wire
