Starting my second install, on a 2012 Honda Civic LX (Auto). Friend already has a Compustar CS800-S and I'm looking for a bypass.
My first install was with a DEI product utilizing DBALL2, so I need a different bypass atm.
Since it's a Compustar system, with the research I've tried to do, it seems that the idatalink BLADE AL bypass is the easiest/cleanest option?
So a few questions, if I purchase the idatalink BLADE, I would need the idatalink connector (to program the Blade)- Autopage ADSUSB, would the DL-HA3 be the correct flash? Since the BLADE plugs into the remote start, would it be considered D2D connections (internally)
Also, the connections I would need to make is
Lock
Unlock
Ignition (+)
CANL
CANH
Key data
along with
Parking Lights (-) and Rearm (Auto Lights), Starter, Accessory 1, Accessory 2, +12V, Ignition and Ground.
Am I missing anything?
Also is there any other bypass that would be easier/better for this application?

While the CS800-S R/S w/Keyless entry system is made by Compustar, it is their entry level system and does not have a Blade

docking port.  It can go D2D with the iDatalink ADS AL-CA bypass module.  If you wanted a Blade compatible unit, look at the
CM7200-s or the older CM6200-s.  You will need an ADS USB cable and Flash site access to load the firmware and configure the
options.

The iDatalink install guide does not show all the required R/S connections.  You still need to connect all the ignition circuits,

IGN1, Starter1, ACC1 & ACC2.  I recently installed a system on a 2013 Civic using the ADS AL-CA module w/ADS AL(DL) HA3
firmware  ( 2012 through 2015 are the same ).  Went very smoothly but that is S.O.P. for iDatalink modules.   2012 honda civic compustar cs800-s + blade -- posted image.

For a 2012, using an idatalink alca won't save you a significant amount of time. Personally, for any 06-2013 I hardwire + honda-sl3 for the bypass portion. The only benefit you get from the alca is the tach. Tach is easily accessible in the engine bay.
LX has no factory alarm, and you still to have to make 2 connections for the door locks in the kick. Might as well skip the alca, hardwire the locks from the starter and run a tach.

The ADS AL-CA bypass module will include the D2D harness.  While I have never tried it, the CS800-s is supposedly capable

of 2-way D2D communication with the iDatalink bypass module.  If you go D2D, there are no connections between the R/S and
the bypass module other than the D2D harness.

If you go W2W there are a few corrections to your chart.

Can you provide me with the W2W corrections, just so I can have a back up in the event that the D2D does not work.

d2d on the cs800s works fine. I would do a software update though.
Secondly, the unit comes defaulted for voltage sense which does not work on your vehicle. Switch it to tach and program.
