Did you wire lock/unlock from the viper or from the DB-ALL 2?

Pink at ignition switch, test, it should go to ground when the key is inserted.
Join that to the dark blue status output wire on the Viper H2 plug.

I have joined the dark blue status output wire to the pink pin 1 key sense wire on the green ignition switch and this hasn't solved the issue , should I remove it ? Is there a way I can wire the unlock and lock to the viper instead of it going thru dball ? And still keep it d2d? This is my first remote start install so sorry for any of the " noobness" thank you for all the replies so far !

I've always done them with lock and unlock from the DB-ALL, don't worry about the pink it obviously makes no difference.
did you use a DBN-ALL or a DB-ALL 2?

No that's correct but I'm worried that the older DB-ALL may not be compatible.
You'd have to contact DEI for an answer.

Well it unlocks and locks the doors it just doesn't do it while the engine is on . I was told maybe I should try to connect it via the viper instead ?
