So i have installed after market door lock actuator in my corolla 2001 after failing to get the direct fit, so the problem is every 3 months the bolts that hold the rod keeps loosing up and the rod fails to work and i have reopen the door panel and tighten the bolts, is there any solution to make the bolts hold up permanently, i have included the picture off the internet and circle in red to make it easy on what i am talking about, plus my road is facing up unlike the picture i have uploaded, but the its the same concept.
thank you i need some expert advice on how to make these bolt hold up forever rather than getting loose every 3 months.

Blue thread locker aka Loctite (removable) should help. Just place a drop on each screw before installing them. It will keep them in place while still being removable later.
If that doesn't do the trick, go to the hardware store and match the threads (maybe 6-32 or 8-32) so you can use slightly longer screws (preferably hex head). Put jam nuts on the new bolts/screws.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Or remount that motor so you have a straight and easy run to the lock-pull.
I bet it's very stiff and that's what's causing your problem.
I'd mount the motor across that open section so it's push/pull is parallel to the factory rod. That's your problem.

@geepherder my option will be only "Blue thread locker" i cant get a longer screw as the thing which is holding the rod has only one end to bolt in the screw so cannot get the jam nut on the other side,
@howie ll bro you been very helpful for past 2 years with me and your ideas are always on point, as at this time i am going to try the advice given by geepherder and do the Blue thread locker if things dont go well i will do your fix remounting that thing might take me some hours specially being diagnosed with ADHD AND LD

I use small u-bolt rod clamps to connect the rods rather than the type shown in your image.

The above component is available at Lowe's or Home Depot in the chain and cable section.

I've loads at home but I'm a long way from you!
And with respect if this comes loose with the screw block type it will also come loose with the U-bolt.

@the12volt thanks for the picture now i know what i am looking for and thanks to @i am an idiot for sorting me out where to get the clamps at, @howie ll dude i was in Leicester two months ago lol i should have holla at you while i was there!
@Howie 11 the idea of getting ubolt will give me an acess to lock the screws using jam nuts as suggested by geepherder unlike with screw block type as that one does not come with 2 ends
