I have a Honda Civic 2007. I just installed a 5706v in for the alarm. the alarm is functioning properly and waiting on the Bitwriter to arrive to finish out the programming. i also installed a 535t for function of my front 2 windows. i was able to run the module through the learning portion so it knows how far to vent. if my windows are down and i use my r/s the windows will roll up. when i use the aux 1 input, which is where the aux from the 535t is ran, nothing happens. i took a dmm and put the red on a constant 12v and placed the balck on the aux wire expecting there to be no reading, but when i did it showed 12v.
correct if i'm wrong but that means that the wire is receiving a neg signal already from either the module or the alarm?
i tested the other aux input wires and they didnt return a reading at all on the dmm. so i cut the wire and tested both sides and the 535t is the item that is emitting the signal. so im not sure what to do. what steps do i need to take or is my 535t faulty?
