I installed my remote start with lock and unlock hooked up. It does work but a couple things are odd.
I have a hard time getting the system into programming mode.
Is there a way to have the remote start lock the truck when you hit the remote start?
I have had the system not start and the security light flashes rapidly when I tried using remote start. The only reliable way to get it to start has been to use this combination. Press unlock, then lock then start.

Viper Activation Input does not go to the ADS TB. Use the Viper (-) Status Output, it is the same as GWR.

I apologize, I did have that correctly connected. Activation is not hooked up. GWR is connected to Ground when locked/Anti Grind Output on ADS-TB

That is still incorrect.
Viper Ground When Locked / Anti-Grind is not used for your application unless you want to cut the Starter wire and a relay to have Anti-Grind.
Assuming that you did not flash the ADS TB with the DBI FM2 flavor of firmware and go D2D between the R/S and the bypass module,
you must control the ADS TB with the 4105's (-) Status Output which is AKA GWR.

ADS-TB was flashed for my application. (I programmed with 2 keys) However I don't have the special cable to program the ADS-TB.I am not sure which wire from the unit is (-) Status Output. I appreciate the assistance.

White 4 Pin Satellite Harness
Pin 1 Blue wire (-) Status Output.
Did you set the ADS TB to Installation Mode = Standard prior to doing the vehicle 2 key programming?

Yes I did.
As for the Status Output, I suppose I need to get my eyes checked. I missed that. I am going to fix that here after dinner.

Ok, remote start works as expected now. except it doesn't lock when start is pressed. Not sure if that is normal or not.

That's normal. A remote start command will cause a Disarm output, Status Output will come on and then a remote startup.
