5x10 that has been installed a few years. noticed it was no longer responding to the fob or the valet button. pulled it apart and the LED on the top is just flashing red once at a time. I assumed it was just done so i bought a new one and it does the same thing. I can no longer get into my xkloader or expresskit.com.
2014 jeep wrangler
any help is appreciated, do i need to be a dealer to use the xkloader? its been a few years since i played with this stuff.

Did you try swapping antennas or reuse the original?

also i will add, my gps unit has no lights with the old alarm or the new alarm. valet button does not work with either one. im baffled, there is really no electronics to go bad other than the actual alarm so i thought with the new one i could atleast see the valet button working.
