Just installed a Compustar cs4900 remote start in a 2010 Ford Fusion and I can not get the Blade to read the key (keeps flashing red). I have double and triple checked all the wiring, reset and reprogrammed the module several times. I checked the voltage at the pats power wire and I'm getting 4.97v with the key inserted. I've always seen 0v or 12v nothing in between like this. Any suggestions?

Which wire are you referring to as "the pats power wire"? What colour is it?

IDK what your BU/BK wire is for. There is a BU/GY wire (key sense).
Sorry, I guess I can't help you on this.
