I am installing a Viper 5706 and I have seen a bunch of different ways/ideas to bypass the clutch switch for the remote start, most involve a relay and a diode by sending power to the 2nd Starter. Any reason why i couldn't add my own relay that goes around the original switch (circled). In other words:
Relay...
87 Blue/Black splice,
30 Black/Yellow splice
86 +12v
85 - Starter Status(Viper 5706 or similar NEG trigger)
