2000 Lincoln LS

Installin a hornet 554t (2way) on a 2000 Lincoln LS..techsoft says `This wire may cause the aftermarket alarm to false when the vehicles electrical system shuts down. Use a relay to isolate it.` I`ve never had the need to do this..Could you guys give me the relay hook up to accomplish this? ThanxWith a torch and a big enough hammer...it WILL friggin fit!!
