I finally got around to installing my Aladdin 2000 on my 1992 Nissan 240sx.

I have a few questions now. I was able to get the remote start to work, I had to cut the brown loop and now it works except for when it starts after a few seconds it grinds. I tried to program the tach signal but I allways get the two beeps from my horn. I did check the tach wire, it reads 1.03~ at idle and the number goes up as the gas pedal is depressed. Also the two dip switches are up. I think if I hook it up to the alt. signal it would fix this. ??

When I am and disarm the alarm my doors do not lock or unlock. I'm under the impression that Nissan's have a 3 wire negative door lock setup. On the P9 plug the RED / BLACK wire is grounded and the P9 GREEN is connected to the GREEN wire in my door lock and the P9 BLUE is connected to the GREEN/ BLACK wire. Is this correct?

Any ideas? As you would have guessed my car is all apart and I need to get the Aladdin working asap.

Thank you for the help in advance.
