I was wondering if you guys could help me out with this one. For the starter kill relay do I cut the starter wire on the ignition harness or is there another starter wire some where else that I should use. Thanks guys.

On the ignition is the easiest place to find the wire, you could find it elsewhere if you wanted to.

Yeah usually the ignition harness around the key cylinder is the easiest place to find the wire dependings on the car of course.. (Cavaliers, Grand Ams and some others it's much easier to get in the left kick area going into the firewall.) Also note that it's equally easy for a thief to find. Basically the closer to the starter you go, the better it is security wise. So yeah the starter wire in the ignition harness will be fine.
