hello, i recently installed a clifford RSII alarm/remote start in my rodeo, but i couldn't find the tailgate pop control.  the wire listed here (light green) is actually the feedback wire from the tailgate.  when i hooked it all up to that wire, it just turned on the cargo light for a second.  everything works except this and i know that if i bag on this now, it'll never get done.  so does anyone know where this wire is and its color?  thanks in advance.

Did you try to find the wire by the tailgate pop switch? You should find it there or maybe even at the relay that controls the pop feature. You just gotta keep poppin' the switch and listen for the relay clicking.

yeah, i tried that, but theres 6 wires going into the switch.  i even opened up the tailgate to find the wire, but again found 6 wires, and couldn't trace them back to the front too easily.  theres no relay with the switch on the dash - only sound is the actuator.

For trunk look for a gray or reb/blue wire at the release switch in the dash, throw a (+) pulse to this wire and all should be good. A lot of wiring diagrams here are wrong...

Light green is just the trigger wire, if you wanna pop the trunk use the wires i said above, i also meant RED / BLUE

They should be right behind the switch, make sure it's a (+) pulse because most aux channels are (-), use a relay.
