I looking for the location of the factory alarm disable pin-out.My info says it's at pin-B3 at the C3 connector [lt. green]. I've also searched and all the info I've found says pin-out is at the same place. On my connector there is no wire at that pin-out. Actually my info[Wire Magic] had all but 2 pin-out locations right. Although the wire colors were right. There are 3 lt. green wires how can I test which one is the factory diasble wire?

generally, the factory disarm wire will go to ground when the key is turned to unlock in the driver's door. If your car doesn't have a wire at that pin you can just leave the factory disarm output alone for now and test how well everything works without it hooked up.
