93 vw passat factory alarm

I need some help with this plz, Does anybody know how to Disable the factory alarm in this car? because I recently got installed another alarm and it seems that theres a conflict between them or something because the factory alarm goes off at any time without any reason the alarm I got installed is an  AVITAL 2100 any help would be appreciated.

The OEM alarm disarms only with unlocking of the car. The only way that the OEM alarm will activate is if the hood, trunk or doors would open while the car is locked. It doesn't have an impact or perimeter sensor on it.

So do you suggest that has to do with any of the entrances sensors?(hood, trunk) or door triggers? because before I installed the Avital alarm I had no problems.

you may want to diode isolate the doorlock trigger wire from your 2100 to prevent a possible feedback situation....
