You may want to check the amperage draw on those lights before you do this. It may kill your battery if it draws too much current. But I would think you just tap the 12volt wire into your LED wire/

most led are low voltage. 1-2 volts you may be asking for trouble for try to hook them up to your LED.

i would tap the neons into the parking lights for they flash when you arm and disarm. also put a switch between the neon and parking lights so you have the ability to turn them off when not needed.

As Wblakes wrote "tap it into the parking light" I am actually wanting to have it so the undercar lights are on with the alarm not just the status indicator.  This might be to much of a draw for the neons but I wouldn't think the LED's if so worse case maybe to the washer nozzles or something simple like that

Thanks for the responses

Let the led output of the alarm activate the coil of a relay, don't let it run directly to any of these lights, it will burn up your output. With a relay, you can have anything you want to flash with the led, as long as it doesn't pull so much power that it drains your battery.

i would run the led to a transistor then to a relay.. but it would kill the battery if left on for any good amount of time...
