im sorry ,i need to know where the power door lock relay is and i dont see any wires for power door locks in the driver side kick panel or around speaker in the dash

there are no relays..........here is the info that you need...

Power Lock L BLUE BELOW DRIVER SPEAKER OR #203

Power Unlock BLACK/ WHITE DRIVER KICK PANEL

#203- See Reversal Rest At Ground Door Lock Diagram.

if you had a DLS, that would take care of the relal wiring. you would just have to wire up the wires in your truck...
