Does anyone know how to disconnect an after market alarm? My alarm went off this morning when i had it turned off last night due to the remote no longer working. The remote has to be programmed to the alarm so i have to take the car into the stero place but until then i have no way of starting up my car with the alarm going off. i have a kill switch but its not working.

I disconnected the battery and as soon as i hook the positve back up it works again. Can i take out the fuse? if so, does any one know which fuse it is? I have a 98 Mit Eclipse with a Clifford alarm.

If anyone could help me i would love you.

Thank you

sherry

lets see.....
check under the dash to see some unusual wiring taped up and follow them up to the brain and there should be at least one fuse, usually the blue one is the main power.
