Hello Is there a special way of replacing the battery in a L reg 93/94 Land Rover alarm remote control? I have heard that after the battery has been changed you need to press the arm/dis-arm button so many times to set it up or to stay close to the vehicle?

Thankyou

The remote should already be programed.  Just either pop the controller apart or unscrew it and replace the battery. I have never heard of reprogramming a remote after changeing the battery.

I was not sure. You know how some car makers alarms can be funny that you have to do a specific thing or your locked out and have to go back to a specialist.

Thankyou
