my viper 350hv has multiplex inputs for the dual stage shock sensor, meaning that both  inputs, the blue wire and the green wire can trigger either the warn away or the full trgger. the way the inputs work is based on the signal sent by the shock sensor, if the signal is less than .8 second it triggers the warn away, if the signal is more than .8 seconds it trggers a full alarm. my problem is this my field disturbance sensor and the dei shock sensor both with dual zones dont trigger the warnaway. both sensors go into a full trigger each time. when the exterior zone led on the field sensor comes on it triggers a full alarm, the same with the shock sensor. my question is this i know this is not normal but is there a specific way of adjusting the sensors or can i just buy sensors with that specific type of output, and how would i know wich sensors to buy.
