Disable factory alarm

I have a 2000 Tahoe, does anyone know how to disable the factory alarm? I grounded the LT Green wire on the BCM at the purple connector and it still functional, any ideas???

POWER LOCK|pink *2             |+ |door lock relays *5        |
|     POWER UNLOCK|pink/green *2       |+ |door lock relays *5        |
|       LOCK MOTOR|blue               |   |door lock relays *5        |
|     UNLOCK MOTOR|blue/red            |   |keyless entry module *3     |
|    DISARM DEFEAT|blue/red            |   |door lock relays *5       
*2 Also located at the keyless entry module, if equipped.
*3 The keyless entry module is located above the gas pedal.    *5 The power door lock relays are to the right of the brake pedal.

What do I do with the Disarm/Defeat wire (Blue/Red)?  The door locks are connected and working fine.

Hold on there turbo, none of the wires swamprat gave you will help in your situation. Why do you need to do this?

Conect your disarm form the alarm to the disarm defeat in the car.

did you permanently ground this wire or did you properly hook it up to the alarm disarm wire of your RS unit?
