Just installed my new Alarm/remote RSA924  http://www.12voltdirect.com/product.aspx?prodid=RSA924 after som trouble https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=35781&PN=1 . My problem now is that when I connect the alarm/remote for the first time it's just making a rapid chirping sound. In the manual it says that it should go into alarm mode the first time you connect the alarm/remote. The chirping sound stops when I turn on the igition. And the lights on the antenna seams not to work, still havn't seen any light from them anyway. What could the problem be?

when the alarm is going off, use your transmitter to disarm the alarm.  Then proceed with what ever you need to do at that point.
