Hello,

I'm attempting to install the Autopage RD-850LCD. I've installed many alarms before.

The problem I'm having with this one is the LED staying on, even when I unplug all the harnesses, exept the power 5-pin harness.

It won't go into RPM learning mode, or any of the modes where i can program things. And that darn LED never goes off!

I've checked my connections? Could the unit be bad? It is brand new...

ok i've determined that it's stuck in Valet mode. Becase of the "Zzzz" on theemote. the constant LED, and the only functions that work are the unlock/parking light flash.

Any suggestions?

Look on page 9 or your OPERATION MANUAL for the 850 LCD and it will tell you how to exit valet mode. If this does not work, call 800-262-2527, ext. 461. This is Autopage tech support. Good luck.
