Factory disarm is located at the BCM, and is light green.
The factory arm is tan in color and can be armed by grounding the drivers door pin while locking the door, it will also shut down the RAP system.

The door pin is located at the BCM which is at the steering wheel column, which is a brown plug. The door pin color is tan and light blue in color.
Dont feel stupid for asking a question, only feel stupid for interfacing into wiring which you do not know what it is.
Everyone learns by doing.
