Its a prestige basic alarm called aps-25 it know has a piggy back remote start module added to it. everything works fine but the alarm will go off everytime its remote started with the alarm armed. Ive relayed the ignition wire so the the alarm dosent see the ignition come on with remote start and ive also disconnected the shock sensor and the darn thing still goes off as soon as the engine cranks, What could be cause this??? Thanks in advance.

It could have voltage sensing or it could turn the dome lights on, or change state long enough while cranking to make the alarm think the doors opened. Completely disconnect the ign wire on the alarm and see if it still does this.

I checked the alarm features and the current sensing is turned off from the factory so i dont think that is it, i will try disconecting the ignition wire all together and see what happens. thanks alot.

Check the LED status indicator first. This will narrow down the problem for you. The alarm will blink so many times, check with your user manual and decypher what zone is being tripped.
Most, but not all alarm systems have a sensor defeat / bypass upon RS. Does your unit have this? Is it hooked up?
As Auex suggested, see if there is a voltage feed-back coming to the system during the RS.
