Blue led scanner

I bought a blue led scanner and I would like to install it on my truck.But I don't have the owner manual.I would like to know on wich fuse in the block fuses I plug the wire(.I have a red wire and a black wire).I want to install this scanner till I have my alarm system.I have number on fuses but I don't know wich fuses is for.Because I don't have diagram for the fuses.

The truck is a Ford F150 xlt 1997 full equip.

any fuse in the fuse box that is a constant 12v goes to the red wire, and ground the black wire.  or if you want, tap into one of the yellow wires in the igniton harness..they are constant 12v
