Alpine SEC-150r install

hey evryone, whats going on.....

 I was hoping that evryone could give me some assistance. I purchased the Alpine 150r alarm system about a year ago and finaly decided to start instaling it. I got about 20% of the way through and realized i didnt understand very much of the procedure, i was hoping that you could help with the wiring. The ignition wiring is confusing the crap out of me and i also have a factory instaled alarm ill need to buypass. I want to use both of these systems together if at all possible. My vehichle is a 96 Chrysler Concorde LXI with all the options. I want the factory alarm still intact due to the fact it monitors the trunk key cylinder as well as the ignition one. please help! thanks in advance!

ok....i figure since im not getting much help ill be a little more specific with my question. the wiring is as follows....

~Red requires a constant 12v source, so ill use the pink/ blac in the ignition harness

~yellow is for a true ignition source when motor is cranking......is this ignition wire 1,2,3, or is it the starter wire?

~black is ground....im figuring somewhere in the center console

~green is for a negative door switch, so il use yellow(-) door trigger

~blue is for hood/ trunk pin, but i only have a trunk pin (BROWN / black) do i need a hood pin....i would like one....how can i make?

~white is for parking light flash, so il use the blac / YELLOW

~brown is for siren so that obviously goes to the siren....

~orange is a (-) armed output 200mA....how can i use that to make my LED and neons flash like the parking lights?

~ORANGE / black is the starter interupt output (-) 200mA.....this is the one i have no clue where to hook up.

.....for the most part i understand the rest except for how to link up my keyless entry to the alpine remote? i dont want to use both the factory remote AND the new one.
