Arrgh, what an idiot I am for attempting this myself. I just installed in a Commando EZ-2500 remote starter in a 1999 Acura TL.
It works fine as long as there is a key in the ignition. (The same key in the transponder.) I am sure I wired the bypass properly. I can hear the bypass relay click. I think the problem is I can not get the loop in the right position on the igniton lock. Any hints?
Thanks in advance, Carl

If you are using the pre-fab loop-DON'T

I usually cut off the loop, strip the wire coating approx 7-8 inches and wrap it two times around the tumbler (very tight) and tape it in place. Make sure the wire is out towards the front as far as possible..

    Good Luck
