Hello

I have a Command Start Remote Starter that does not work anymore.  I can not find the model # on the unit except Command Start 1997.   It is Grey in color.  Does anyone know if other Command Start models can be simply plugged into my vehicle so that I do not have to rewire it?

For example can a Command Start CS260m be plugged into my existing harness.  This unit looks exactly like mine except it is black.  Any help would be appreciated.

What about a Command Start 290i which was made in 1998?

Can this one be used in place of my unit?

Also, I live in St. John's Canada not Chile.

Ahhhh... the venerable CS250. Providing the antenna has the 3 pin plug on it, then yes, the 290 will plug right in. If it's the RCA plug atyle of antenna, then you will require a different antenna for the 290ic.
