Now, my problem is that the siren will go off when i open a door...etc. It just dosent sound when i arm/disarm the alarm, and theres like no sensitivity to it( i basically need to kick the car for it to go off). Do i need a new siren or is it something else. Please help!!!! Thanks In Advance!!!!

you might need to program the arm and disarm chirps to the on position.

This is usually why people pay bigger bucks for systems like Clifford and some higher end Vipers because the "sensors" really MAKE the alarm system.  The Clifford systems come with Omnisensors as the primary shock sensor and they are incredibly sensative.  You can adjust the sensitivity, of course, but they have the ability to be very sensitive if you set them so.

You just don't get this on lower end alarms.  You can try adjusting the sensitivity, assuming that you have that option on the Code alarm (not as familiar with that brand).

Good luck!

the instructions dont say anything about shock sensors or how to adjust the sensitivity. whats really bothering me is that the siren dosent sound when i arm/disarm the car, only when a door/hood...etc is opened. This is the main problem i want to get fixed.

Everything is included in the brain for that alarm, there is no external shock sensor.  As for programming the shock sensor; and the arm/disarm chirps, if you had it installed at CC take it back there, the shock sensor programming is a 5 minute job or less, and the arm/disarm chirps can be activated with the RF progammer in a snap.

To adjust the shock sensor yourself

with the driver door openturn key to run postion, within 10 sec push and hold valet overerride switch until alarm sounds, you will hear 3 chirps, this is the transmitter programming mode(if you have any extra remotes to program, now would be the time).  Push and realease the valet button 2 more times until you hear 5 chirps, this is the shock sensor programming.  Push the opt button on your remote and you will hear the alarm sound one chirp, this is the primary or warn-away sensor programming, push your lock button to increase sensitivity and unlock to decrease.  Push the opt button again, the alarm will sound twice, this is the full trigger sensitivity mode, again lock/unlock to increase/decrease, turn the key off when done and test your new settings, you'll probably have to repeat a few times to get it right where you want it; I usually do.

sure; to activate arm/disarm chirps:

turn ignition on then off

within 10 sec push and release valet override button 3 times

1 chirp confirms chirps enabled / 2 chirps confirms chirps disabled

hope this helps!
