OK guys, I've basically got my 2WSS-AS hooked up, with the exception of remote start because I'm waiting on the PLXR module. When I go to learn the remote to the brain, I take the battery out of the remote, cycle the key on and off 5 times like it says, then after the brain clicks twice, i put the battery back into the remote. For some reason the remote isn't reading the brain or vice-versa, and I can't use the remote to arm the system. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Place the battery in the remote before you toggle the system 5 times ( WITHIN 3 SECONDS ) and press button # 1 after this. It is VERY important that you do the toggling within 3 seconds and press button # 1 right after otherwise this sequence will not work.

I will try to answer your PM later today. I've been really busy the last couple of days and seem to have less and less time as summer rolls in.

ok well I figured that problem out. Blew the ignition fuse. There are two BROWN / white wires on the park light harness and i can't get the park lights to flash, and when it's hooked to one, the fuse blows when the alarm is armed, the other wire it doesn't do anything, no park light flash or anything at all.

there's one wire that says its for the park lights, it's a thicker gauge than the other one that says its for the light output.

If your using the (-) parking lights of the Colorado, then you can not use the GREEN / WHITE wire from the CN1 harness. YOu can only use the (-) parking light wire from the GREEN one from the CN2 harness.
