I have a Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5 alarm. The remote control has a little screen on it that shows you alarm diagnostics. Well lately the remote has only been able to send a signal to the alarm, and is unable to receive a signal back. I press the arm button, and the alarm arms, but the remote just beeps 4 times, indicating that the alarm never got the signal, but the alarm did. The remote still shows that the alarm is disarmed, regardless of whether it is or not. The remote arms/disarms the alarm just fine, the alarm just isn't able to tell it that it's working. I've checked the antenna to make sure its plugged in all the way and it is, and I've opened up the remote to check for any broken circuitry, but I can't find any. Has anyone had this problem?

It sounds like it's your antenna. Replace the antenna and your problem will be fixed.
