anyone have a diagram on this??? i understand there is a resister needed for the door locks.... can anyone please verify this??

also.... i understand there is a transponder equipped..... pls verify too....

lastly.... if there is a transponder, how do i get around it >> i am installing a CODE ALARM F/60 remote start/alarm

Not sure about the door locks, but the Immobilizer bypass you will need an additional key and wire it up like this:Use this link ----> Ford PATS Bypass ( this will work with the Mazda as well.)

Tachometer : In 27 pin plug at GEM module. Color is Pink´/White

+12volts : Use Yellow and BLACK/ Green in driver kick panel ( big wires)

RED / Lt Blue Ignition switch harness is too small.

the job was done last week but i am having MAJOR problems with falsing >> according to the tech at code alarm (the car got an F/60 remote start and alarm combo) something inherent in the car's electrical system causes voltage drops >> this is tripping the alarm. i was advised to move the 12v constant to the BLACK/ green in the lower driver kick panel under the fuse box which i did but it did not work >> this guy is still coming to me with falses >> the code tech also told me to go straight to the battery. at this point i dont feel i have many other alternatives but going to the battery but heres my question.... if the voltage is dropping... i will not matter what wire i am using because when the car is off the power comes from the battery anyway. so if i do go to the battery, what is the major advantage???

please help me on this > i could loose the install and a lot of potential future business from this guy!!!

could the falsing be a result of the door trigger system? does anyone know about the ford battery saver mode?

does the code alarm have a diagonistic mode where it will tell you what zone set off the alarm? shock, door, etc....

Mazda Tribute when installing an alarm system or starter combo will draws more than 10amps on the circuit. You cannot connect any 12v+ wire on the fusebox because it has less than 10amps on the circuit. You would think that you can tap on it because there were fuses bigger than 10amps. Everything on this vehicle is computer driven. The best way to install an alarm system or starter combo is connected on the battery. This way you will not have any voltage drops or resistance to the alarm system.

i went straight to the battery on this alarm though per instructions from code alarm techs and it still falses.... i am at a loss here folks >> please help !!!!!
