98 Explorer remote start

I have a 98 explorer,I am instelling a autopage 750 with remote start, The alarm works fine and the truck will start  and run. Which wire do i use to get A/C to work? I have 2 gray / YELLOW do I need both to start and run?

** There Are Two GRAY / YELLOW Wires Located In The Ignition Switch Harness. Only One Needs To Be Powered For Remote Start Applications, The Correct Circuit Will Power The Heat/Ac.

Tried both wires, no good, starts good with one or the other but no fan.

Thank a lot had a bad conection on one of the gray / YELLOW wires..
