Hi all new to the forum, but is looks like the most comprehensive help forum on the net that I have found about car alarms. Anyways I just bought a black widow 9900 alarm on the weekend. and I’m going to go about installing the alarm this weekend now most of the included instructions are quite clear but very brief, my problem is I’m not a fan of relays and within the kit I can find a place for everything there apart from the relay provided where does it go ?? I have no idea and there is no reference to it anywhere in the manual. So I’ll rattle off what I plan to hook up as far as the rest goes but that relay has me stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

7 pin connector

  • white ---- indictor
  • white ---- indictor
  • brown ---- siren
  • brown \black ----siren
  • green --- door switches

5 pin connector

  • red --- 12v+
  • black --- ground
  • yellow --- accessories
  • Grey ---???? don't think I need this one
  • Orange---??? don't think I need this one

3 pin door lock pulse

  • green --- negative door pulse
  • (blank but option for red)
  • blue --- negative door pulse

The other plugs in the unit only fit in one place (valet switch, led, shock sensor)

Then the relay that I have no idea about is it something for the door locks? The relay is the same as the first one here
