APS996A Doesnt Start or flash anything

Great site here i even got my wiring diagram here on a search. also i've searched all over here and the web on why doesnt my remote start work, EVERYTHING is hooked up even window roll-up when armed and it works!

my question is sinced i got this off ebay and the LCD remote was broken im waitin on a replacement could the brain be broken too? because when i hit the start button twice NOTHING happens not a blink not a LED flash NOTHING no chirps either.....i've tried everything and all i could think is at least it would flash 7 times if something went wrong i've tried the blue/black wire to start also and NOTHING, but also my LED now flashes Twice when Armed that means Zone 2 right? but sinced i dont have an LCDremore what Trigger is that? or Wire?

this is installed on a Buick Regal 2000 Vats System seems to be working sinced i had to split the wire and it starts with a key, also i've ordered the Telematic Box so i really would like to have this workin soon....

Does the system have to have a remote programmed to the system in order for it to work ? If the system doesn't even power up the ignition & accessory wires, then you have a ground or power issue on the system. When you get the new remote back, program it and then post your results.
