hey guys,
i did a remote start in an 06 g6 today.. it went really well when i caught all the wires in the driver kick instead of the bcm..   but my question is, i had to hook up the unit sans keyless cause the factory alarm only arms and disarms through the factory remote.. to me i felt as if the install was half assed cause the customer couldnt use the entire keyfob from the 160xv.   has anyone found a way to arm and disarm the factory alarm? i would like to know for the next unit i do.

It will arm on lock and a dissarm wire can be found at the BCM, connecter 1, pin 35 Lt.grn. (NEG)- pulse thru a 500ohm resistor.
