Hi everybody,
How can I tell what kind of Car Alarm my Honda civic has ? I lift up the trunk, but I cant find it. I know it has one. I have the remote, and the sensor is very sensitive.(Thats the reason why Iam here.)
Everytime a car passes by or a cycle with big engine noise it makes my car alarm go off !
Please, I need help. 1(Where is my car alarm) 2 (what kind it is ) 3 ( How to change the sensitivity of it.)
thanks!

I know the RKE is built into the Radio, but I don't think I have ever looked for a FACTORY Alarm on one

Thanks for the help. I'll take a closer look under the dash. I know the radio is not factory. I have a Kenwood CD player on this one. I'll look under the dash for the alarm sensor, but, what exactly should this sensor look like ?
The sensitivity on this alarm is really annoying.
thanks
