Tie into glowplug circuit using a relay for wait to start. Tach is beside the oil filter housing in a 3 pin plugh with a black, white, and brown wire. Use the white. 556U for immobilizer (they lose valet key), door triggers are BROWN / white in each door, doorlocks and trunk are negative in the driver's door, one ignition, one accessory, one starter, park lights are 2 wire, use 6A diode to isolate. Pretty simple car, aside from all the disassembly involved.    Take your time, prewire carefully, and you will be ok. Oh, you need to disarm before remote start (which will unlock the driver's door), do lock it as it cranks using the purple -ve starter output, making sure to put in a diode on the wire with the band towards the brain. 1A is fine. Tie the unlock and disarm together at the brain, also lock, arm, and the -ve crank so will only need to run 4 wires into the door (locks, trunk, and doorpin). shouldnt that unit automatically send a lock pulse after crank? without having to use the -ve crank secondary out?    just curious....Kevin Gerry

Nein. For some strange reason, there isn't a DEI unit that I know of that has this feature (which is found on pretty much every other brand, BTW). Maybe when they get their new stuff up and running witht he built in WTS timer, thay may add that in as a software feature.... Gus Wherever I go, that is where I end up......
