Just did a RS in a 2005 Uplander. Used the GM-SL from Crimestopper. Everything works great except when it is in remote start, the security light and a message saying Starting Disabled appears. As soon as I put the key in the switch, both go out. Also starting with a key all is normal. Any experience with these? Thanks

I've added a link for your cars wiring info:
05 Uplander
Your remote start, depending on the model, should have a (-) while remote starting, try hooking that up.

Hi!  you should use the out when running -  to trigger the key sense  but dont forget to use two diode  decause you are using this wire for the GM-SL

OR leave it that way it do not really affect the operation of the car !
