The 562T is a remote start....the 791XV is an alarm/remote start.
Some harnesses are the same...some are different.

What ya mean what can ya do? You can program a 4 button normal remote and it will work the same as the 2 way except screen. As for if its the same harness, the remote start harness would be the same, the heavy gauge plug is a little smaller(I could be wrong haven't seen one in a year), and the main harness of the 791 is bigger to include door trigger etc etc. but switching them out would be hard all the wiring is don't for you you just gotta connect the right plug to the wires.

i can not program a new remote such as one from a valet 562t. I took an HX antenna from the Valet system and the remotes will work from the valet system. and the responder remotes do not work with the hx antenna. So i would guess that if you had a one way system. Just upgrade the antenna and the remote. I do read that the one way antenna cord has three wires and the antenna cord from a responder has four. Is this true?
