i installed the alarm and everything seemed right so far .

i turned the key to the " on " position 4 times and the siren chirped and i pressed the overide switch and everything is great but nothing happens when i press button 1 on the remote .

so i tried to do it over and over and nothing happens .

did i install the antenna wrong or something ? i checked it several times and even stuck both blue and white connector into the antenna box .

help me please . this is for a 1995 nissan 240sx SE .

also i leave the battery in the remote , do i have to take out the battery to reset it or anything or do i have to reset the alarm itself too .

thank you in advance .

on,off,on,off,on,off,on siren will chirp when in the on position press and hold the valet switch for 5 seconds the siren will chirp and LED stay on then press button 1
button 1 on the lcd pager is the arm and disarm button
you should not need to replace the battery in the remote but i would do it just in case.
make sure the valet and ariel are plugged in right..
doe both the pagers not work
Why oh Why didn't i take the blue pill

i did all that but when i pressed the button 1 nothing happens at all .

i changed the battery on BOTH remotes but still nothing.

im 100% sure the valet switch is plugged in right but what is a " ariel " plug ?

so far i kept trying and kept pressed button one . i even tried to take out and put the battery back in while the led was lit , but nothing happens .

any other ideas ?

thank you
