I'm installing a Bulldog 500 in my 2001 Camry to replace a cheaper one.  Although the cheaper one is the same size, I really don't like where I installed it.   Sadly, it is e-taped to the wiring harness...

Anyone have a suggestion of a safe place to put it?  In my Jeep I pulled the instrument panel out and it fit perfectly under there.   Jeeps are already easy enough to get into... I was happy to know I could put the ECU someplace that would require more than 30 seconds for a common thief to get out.

Thanks!

Joseph

Sorry.. I didn't mean ECU, I meant the alarm unit itself.  I guess that would be BCM (as Alert calls it).

Thanks!

That's where I put it.  Plenty of room for the box, relays, and almost for me to crawl up there. :)
