Compustar CM3000 on 05 Scion TC

I need help getting the remote start hooked up right. My car is a manual 05 Scion tC below is the wire info for my car and links to the install manuals in pdf format. PLEASE can anyone tell me what connects to what for the remote start. We got the alarm part working. Here's what we connected and didn't for the remote start. These all tie in to the ignition harness in the car Brain ---------------------to--------------------Car Red and RED / white (both are 12volt constant)---------------- Red (12 volts) GREEN / WHITE (power to parking light)------------------------ Brown (parking light) White (output to accessory)--------------------------------- Gray (accessory) Violet (output to starter kill)--------------------------------- Green (second starter) (I think this one above is wrong) Yellow (12v output sarter)------------------------------------ Black (starter) GREEN/ red (12v output to ignition)----------------------------- Blue (ignition) Black (ground)------------------------------------------------ Grounded There is also a blue wire connected to the brain on connector one with the above stuff that we didn't hook up cuz not sure where it goes. I think this is the one that goes to the clutch but did see something about second starter. On the second connector on the brain we didn't connect these...
