info on 95 honda accord windows

i did any alarm for a 95 accord and now the customer came back cause the window goes down but not up.  i know the wires i need and foound them i add power to the wire and the window goes down and up but when i use the switch the window goes down but not up I know it had nothing to do with the alarm but if I fix the problem i can charge for labor any advice will be usefull.  thanx in advance.Confidence is the key to any project!!

sounds like a switch problem...is this only happening on the drivers door?

no the passenger door goes down slow and up slow but it still goes up and down...Confidence is the key to any project!!
