Hi, I'm installing my first alarm/remote start in my 1994 sc300. I have the Scytek Galaxy 5000RS-2W and i'm a bit confused on how to hook up the alarm arm/ disarm and door lock wires.
In my situation the SC300 uses "Factory Alarm Arm common with lock " How do i wire this with my alarm having an arm and disarm? Do i wire these wires to the door lock wires?
Please help! thanks!

You probably can, I'm not sure with scytek stuff but on some remote start alarms you can and have it trigger to unlock before remote start.  Then re-lock after started to re-arm the fact. system. If it disarms with unlock wire and arms with lock wire.  Whats make of your sc300, I'll see i my diagram lists a dedicated disarm wire?

If it arms with the lock wire, it will arm when you lock this is good. A dedicated dis arm wire means you just have to pulse this on remote start to disarm fact. alarm. You'll also have to pulse on unlock.

Its fine that it has a disarm wire, when remote started this wire should get pulsed to disarm factory alarm and you won't have to trigger unlock wire then. It will arm factory alarm when you lock the doors, this is good.
