I install a scanner  and connect it to the starter killer wire (yellow), when I arm the car, it works for only 30 seconds and then it goes off. Anyone has idea?

instead you shoud tap the negetive of the scanner to the ground when armed wire if there is one and then just put the other wires of the scanner to 12v positive
