HI

I am trying to install in my car an arlarm system and here i just got a problem which i dont get. it is about ACC and ON position. It  means that the ACC position has is owne wire and ON position has is owne wire? cause in my diagram it says that i should connect a white wire to the ACC. Now i wouldlike to know if ACC is CONSTANT +12 VOLTS  or it is the IGNITION +12 VOLTS

in my lock head i have  OFF, ACC, ON, START .
