alarm: codealarm model ca100

ok so I have almost every wire hooked up from the main module but now the only thing I can't figure out is 3 wires from the main module which is the positive door pin switch input, negative door pin switch input, and the last is instant trigger ground input. can anyone help me on this? I was thinking the negative door pin switch is like a ground and the positive pin switch wires into the door trigger which is the GREEN/ red (-) wire but that's what I don't get it's a negative in polarity wire. can anyone help me out?

here is the wiring diagram for my car

From the 6-pin mini harness, you either use 1 or 3, NOT BOTH. Use violet (+) input or green (-) input.
The number 2 blue (-) is for instant trigger like trunk trigger.
Look up the download section and find out your car uses + or -.
