I have installed an APS 996A alarm in combination with a JNI Wifi remote top controller for my VR4 Spyder.

I have everything installed and when I hooked the battery back up the horn chirps repeatedly non stop.   The remotes appear to do nothing and the only things that stop the chirping is turning the ignition to the ON position or disconnecting the battery.

I assume that the alarm gives error codes through chrips.  Is there a guide to the error codes somewhere?

What am I doing wrong?

The remotes won't work unless the antenna is installed, plugged in, and the cable isn't damaged.......I would start by checking all that.
